FSA Regulation

The Payment Services Directive (PSD) came into effect on November 1st,  2009. This requires that anyone providing payment services (including money remittance) as a business to be authorised or registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and meet the Payment Services Regulations conduct of business requirements.
