As a Money Service Business it is our mission to deliver a fast and efficient service in the transaction and transfer of foreign currencies for private clients and commercial customers.
Our management team consists of:
Paul O’Sullivan – Head of Trading
Paul joined Cornhill FX in 2007, bringing with him over 30 years experience in the foreign exchange market. Paul has held various senior roles in Financial Institutions around the world, most recently as Senior Manager at Saxo Bank in Denmark and Director of Foreign Exchange at the Bank of Montreal. Prior to this Paul was Chief Dealer at Toyo Trust in Tokyo and Head of Foreign Exchange at Banque National de Paris in London. The majority of his career was spent in the Lloyds Bank Treasury Division from 1976 to 1996, managing the dealing rooms in Tokyo, Singapore, New York and London.
John Rufford – Operations & Compliance Director
John is Operations and Compliance Director of both Cornhill Capital (with CF1, CF10 and CF11 Approved Person responsibilities) and Cornhill FX (where he is the registered MLRO). John joined the team from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was a senior vice president in Corporate Audit. Previously John was a senior member of the Legal and Compliance Department of Renaissance Capital Limited. Prior to this he worked at the Financial Services Authority in its Enforcement and Markets divisions. Before FSA gained its statutory powers at N2 (December 2001), John worked at the Securities and Futures Authority. In his early career John spent a considerable number of years in the Government Legal Service. John was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1986.
Lewis Boddy – Financial Director
Lewis joined the team from the head office of SkyePharma plc, a rapidly growing international biotechnology group listed in both London and US. He had full responsibility for external reporting and managed the group transition to IFRS. Lewis worked on corporate transactions, including funding, acquisitions and licensing. He has also been responsible for US GAAP reporting and reconciliations. Lewis is a Chartered Accountant and has a degree in Mathematics from Bristol University.
Andrew Frangos – Director
Andrew has in excess of 10 years experience in the financial services industry. Andrew is founder of Cornhill Asset Management and Cornhill Capital. Andrew previously ran Equities and Derivatives sales and trading desks for both Phillip Capital and Refco Europe. Andrew also has extensive corporate finance expertise having played a lead role in structuring and executing many equity and debt transactions over the last 5 years. In 2004, Andrew founded Cornhill Asset Management, and is IMC qualified.
